If a customer is dissatisfied with his/her order for any reason, the original purchaser may return the item* in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. Western Equipment will credit the original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.**
After the 30-day window from the purchase date, Western Equipment will refund in the form of a credit (still reliant on original condition and packaging) redeemable on your next purchase; furthermore, a 15% Restocking Fee will be charged for all non-stocked parts. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
